Weight Training

We provide introductory and developmental weight training opportunities as part of the Academy experience.  For those players (Parents you can too!) that are looking for extra training with Coach Al outside of the Academy schedule there are flexible opportunities, please contact Coach Al.


Small Group Training

For small groups (4-6 athletes) looking for athletic and weight training development as a team.  Work hard together, play hard together.


Individual Training

For athletes looking for a personal approach to training and maximize coach:athlete relationship.  Concentrated approach to assessment and development of power, strength, speed, agility, proprioception, flexibility, nutrition.
