OFF SEASON TRAINING
The Okanagan Football Academy offers a comprehensive OFF SEASON TRAINING program specifically designed to increase athletic ability, strength, power speed, agility, balance, mobility, proprioception, control, reaction time and develop player awareness.
Off Season training is not about how much football you can play or how heavy you can lift; off season training should be designed to assess strengths and weaknesses through reliable, verifiable, accurate testing measures and design a program to turn weaknesses into strengths.

OFA TESTING procedures: the Academy ONLY uses laser testing equipment when timing combine events. Okaanagan Football Academy has partnered with B3Better Sports and Coach Byron Wilson to schedule regular combine events for athlete comparison and development.
